Enes Talha Başer graduated with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020. Following the completion of his legal internship at a company operating in the financial sector, he was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2021 after obtaining his attorney license. Until joining the academic staff of Özyeğin University as a research assistant in the Department of Commercial Law in April 2024, he practiced law in various fields. Başer completed his LL.M. degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis entitled “The Right to Dividend in Publicly Held Joint Stock Companies” and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. studies at the same university. His areas of interest include capital markets law, company law, competition law, and intellectual property law. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate command of German.
